The Only You hotel in Valencia is the chain’s first five-star hotel and the first to be opened outside Madrid. Located in the city’s old Astoria Palace, where the city’s posh weddings, baptisms, and communions were held, the new hotel bears the stamp of interior designer Lázaro Rosa-Violán.
With a modern, somewhat eclectic design, the atmosphere is, above all else, cozy. At the cocktail reception, guests can sip a dry martini while checking in. But it is not only thought of those who stay in one of its 191 rooms. The chain’s philosophy is to turn their hotel lobby’s into places where people meet up.
When choosing a room, there is the option of staying in one of its Homie Suites, which include a living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony to extend the after-dinner that you fall in love with from any angle. The Panorama Suite is the best room in the hotel, with 80 square meters and all the imaginable comforts.
The hotel’s gastronomic offers begin on the 9th floor, where breakfast is served, with fresh pastries and an exquisite menu of hot dishes. There is no lack of a barista to make the coffee to the taste of the guest. At noon, the space is transformed into the El Mirador restaurant, with Jose María Climente at the helm of the stove, where the QR codes of the menu are read on small ceramic vases. At night, visit the Salvaje restaurant, which has just opened.
