Alcoy will renovate the road, sidewalks, and public lighting on four public streets in the San Pancracio neighborhood with an investment of more than 145,000 euros. In the improvement plan of this city area, the City Council will repave roads and repair curbs and sidewalks on Doña Amalia and Doctor Guerau.
In addition, a problem in the sewer network that passes through the area will be solved, and new street lights with LED technology will be installed. Jordi Martínez, mayor of Works and Services, explains that his department will install other resources requested by residents apart from these improvements.
The Consistory has put out to tender the execution of these sidewalk and road maintenance works in San Pancracio with a base bidding budget of 145,120 euros. Martínez has indicated that he hopes that the project will be completed before the end of the year.
