Cocentaina approves aid for the rehabilitation of roofs and facades
to preserve the old town.
The Governing Board of Cocentaina City Council has approved two calls for aid for rehabilitating roofs and facades and enclosures for 2020 to regenerate, rehabilitate, and conserve the old town.
The grants are available for buildings located in the old town of Cocentaina and are at least 40-years-old. The works to be carried out as part of this type of aid include repairing roofs and facades in poor conditions, including elements of slabs and roofing, waterproofing of roofs, and cleaning, restoration, or replacement of enclosures.
Both the councilor for works and services, Mariona Carbonell, and the councilor for town planning, Eugenia Miguel, are pleased to be able to carry out, once again, this type of aid, which is so necessary to encourage the regeneration of the old town.
