Andalusian Gazpacho

The queen of the cold soups in Spain has a name and a surname. Simple, cheap, and always at hand, this recipe for gazpacho cannot be missed if you are serious about eating Spanish food.

Ingredients for six people: 1kg of pear tomatoes, one Italian green pepper, one cucumber, two cloves of garlic, 50ml of extra virgin olive oil, 50g of crusty bread, 250ml of water, 5g of salt and 30ml of sherry vinegar.
Preparation: Chop up the ingredients and add them together with the liquids in a blender. Crush well, even with skins, because then you will pass the result through a fine sieve. Please put it in the fridge to cool down and enjoy it.
