Alcoy will give you money to open a shop in the City Centre

To encourage the opening of shops in the centre of Alcoy local government is giving grants to entrepreneurs looking to start a business.

In order to qualify for the money which can be up to 3,000€ business owners must sign a minimum of a one year lease and possess a business licence.

Councillor for commerce, Vanessa Moltó has declared that “the help to open businesses in the centre of Alcoy has been a success, in a short time we have managed to give an important boost to the opening of commerce in streets that had been practically empty”.

This is the third year Alcoy has been running the programme which has proved popular with both business owners and the local population.

In order to qualify, you must submit your proposal before October 15th 2019.
