Weather Alert: Lower temperatures and rain over the weekend
If the recent warm weather we were having had you convinced that summer was on the way this weekend might come as a bit of a shock as temperatures drop and rain moves in.
A cold front sweeping in from the west will bring with it strong winds and cooler temperatures according to the State Agency of Meteorology (AEMET).
Saturday afternoon will see the worst of the weather affecting Alcoy and while it will still be raining on Sunday temperatures should start to rise.
