Temperatures to plunge as cold air moves in
Well, it was nice while it lasted giving us a taste of early spring with temperatures reaching 25 ºC in Alcoy and 30 ºC on the coast over the weekend.
This morning the State Meteorological Agency (Aemet) Said: “There will be falling temperatures, especially the maximum, which will fall significantly or extraordinary.” What we can expect here in Alcoy is a drop of near to 12ºC lower than Sunday’s high temperature, with the thermometer close to 0ºC during the night.
