Man rescued after crashing his car on the road from Alcoy to Banyeres
The Fire Brigade was called upon Wednesday morning to rescue a man from his overturned vehicle on the road between Alcoy and Banyeres.
The accident occurred, at kilometre 9, near the Montesol urbanization. According to firefighters, the man, in his fifties, left the road, overturning his vehicle. The driver was immediately transferred to the Virgen de los Lirios Hospital when he reported two blows to the head and various injuries.
