Football: Mohamed Salah stars in a great commercial for DHL

When Mohamed Salah declared he was to get rid of all his social media platforms this week, Liverpool supporters were curious as to why.

The Reds top scorer had decided to deactivate his Twitter, Instagram and Facebook accounts, with the Egypt international only saying: “2019 Resolution: Time to get in touch, for real.”

Theories as to why he did it varied from matters with the Egyptian FA to rival fans calling him a diver so that Liverpool could be awarded penalties.

All the suspicions have now been cleared up after it was revealed that the moves were planned in connection with an advertisement campaign from shipping company DHL.
