A photograph of Santi Aura with the illustration of the graphic designer Laura Andrés, reflect the campaign of this year’s Christmas season in Alcoy.
The image of a King kissing the children on the back of the camel, with the new background lighting, are the theme that the city has chosen this year, moving away from the controversial photo that marred the previous campaign, as explained by the mayor of Tourism Lorena Zamorano. “This year we wanted to get away from the image of last year that caused so much controversy. We believe that it is a powerful and very tender image with very characteristic and unique elements of Alcoy. We want the campaign to reach families so that they can visit us not only during the parade but during the whole month with all the activities we have prepared, “he said.
The campaign begins this week in an exhibition at the Fira de Cocentaina and will be accompanied by a strong advertising campaign by the Valencian Community and also in the main national newspapers.
