Jamie Oliver reveals how he easily lost 12 kilos

The other day on ITV breakfast show “This Morning” celebrity chef Jamie Oliver revealed how he lost 12 kilos (27lbs) by eating less meat and getting a proper nights sleep.

The Essex-born “Naked Chef” told Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby that eating less meat helped him shed the pounds.

He also ate more vegetables and exercised more.

“I lost 12 kilos quite quickly and I didn’t do it through not eating,” the chef said.

“I ate a lot, more than I was used to. I pushed meat down, pushed veggie up, got more sleep and more movement.”
