Alcoy has the rainiest August in years
The month of August 2018 is already the wettest it has been for this time of the year since 2013.
So far this month Alcoy has received up to 40 litres of rain per square meter with more showers in the forecast for the next few days.
If the predicted rain materializes on Wednesday the 29th, Thursday the 30th and Friday the 31st it could break longstanding records for what is normally is one of the driest months of the year.
